Refund Policy

As this is the nomination service, nomination/registration is without any charges/fees. Once you are selected / shortlisted you will be informed to go for the next step to confirm your acceptance or you acknowledge/agree which is the payment/fee decided by Brave Souls Pvt. Ltd. So, once your payment/fee is confirmed from the account transfer/net banking/online mode/UPI or any other mode to the Brave Souls Pvt. Ltd. account of your payment as per service/event terms, we will be giving you the confirmation for the payment/fees is paid. In any case/circumstances payment made for the Award Ceremony, Entry Pass, Yearly membership, Life membership, Cultural, Training Fee, Workshop, Webinar, and etc. Fee will not be refunded/Non-refundable. Where in the case of yearly support service as per the yearly agreement payment criteria will be checked and refunded after the deduction of 30% services charge + service taken for the past month/s  will be deducted which must be informed throw the notice period for the 90 days.
